All online signups are paid securely through Stripe. Monthly services bill monthly. Autopay is required for AE Internet and AE Phone VoIP service. Product deals are applied for you at checkout — you never need to type a code. The 20% bundle discount applies when all four services (Internet, TV, Security and Phone) are purchased together: buy The Whole House Bundle and the 20% comes off automatically at checkout; if you sign up for the services separately instead, we apply it to your account once all four are active.
Use the Manage My Account page — enter the email you signed up with and Stripe will email you a secure sign-in link (no password needed). There you can update your payment method and contact details, and view or download your invoices.

You can mail leased equipment back to: Mott Enterprises, 1381 Tomahawk Hwy, Harrells, NC 28444. All returned equipment is verified once we receive it. If anything is damaged or missing, we will reach out to you once to get clarification — otherwise you will be billed for the non-returned or damaged equipment.
AE Internet has no annual contract. Equipment for internet, phone and camera services is leased and maintained by Austin's Electronics — if it fails, we handle it under your plan terms.
AE Internet installation is $100 and your first month of internet service is included. AE TV activation & install is $60. VoIP phone installation may be up to $100. NVR camera system installation is $150, and camera wire is included up to 40 ft per camera — longer runs are $1.25 per extra foot, calculated on-site. We'll always confirm your exact total before we start.
