Explanation of Membership Levels:
- Non-Member Price : The standard trade-in value for a game in excellent condition without any membership.
- Basic Price : The standard trade-in value for a game in excellent condition with a Basic Membership.
- Plus Membership : An additional 5% trade-in value applied to customers with a Plus Membership.
- Pro Membership : An additional 10% trade-in value applied to customers with a Pro Membership.
Game Condition Guidelines:
- Excellent :
- The game is in like-new condition with minimal or no visible scratches, scuffs, or wear.
- The case, manual, and inserts (if applicable) are also in excellent condition.
- Good :
- The game may have minor scratches or scuffs, but it remains fully playable without any issues.
- The case and manual may show signs of light wear, such as slight fading or creasing.
- Acceptable :
- The game has more noticeable scratches, scuffs, or minor surface imperfections, but it is still playable.
- The case and manual may have visible damage, like cracks, dents, or missing artwork.
- Damaged :
- The game has significant physical damage (e.g., deep scratches, cracks, or unplayable discs).
- The case or manual may be severely damaged or missing altogether.
- No trade-in value will be provided for games in this condition.
Additional Notes:
- Trade-in Limits : These prices represent the maximum trade-in amounts based on the condition of the game. If a game is not in the specified condition, the trade-in value may be lower or ineligible.
